  1. What this is. Frog Flip ("we", "us") is a set of games on the Elysium testnet. Test tokens have no real value and can't be exchanged for money through Frog Flip.
  2. Who can use it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age where you live if that's higher, and only use Frog Flip where it's legal for you. You're responsible for following your local laws.
  3. Games of chance. Results are random. There's no guarantee you'll win. Past results don't predict future ones.
  4. Blockchain risks. Frog Flip runs on smart contracts and a test network. The contracts have not been audited yet. Networks can be slow, go down or reset; contracts can have bugs; wallets can fail. Testnet tokens may be lost or wiped at any time.
  5. Your wallet. You control your wallet and its keys. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer.
  6. What we can change. We can pause games, change bet limits and the fee, open or close vault deposits, and upgrade the contracts after an on-chain notice (see the docs). We can change or stop the website at any time.
  7. Pond vault. You can deposit test HYPE into the shared pot (the pond vault). Its value goes up and down with the games' results: you can get back less than you put in. Withdrawals are paid after a waiting time (6 hours on testnet), at the price when you claim. The vault is unaudited.
  8. No advice. Nothing on Frog Flip is financial, investment or legal advice.
  9. "As is". Frog Flip is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
  10. Limit of liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using Frog Flip, including lost test tokens, bugs, downtime or network problems.
  11. Points and invites. Points, ranks and invite rewards are for fun and carry no value. They are not a token or a financial product, and we promise no airdrop, reward or payout. We can change how they work, reset them, and remove points earned by scripts, farming or other unfair play.
  12. Fair play. Don't attack, overload or abuse the site or contracts, or try to get around limits.
  13. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using Frog Flip after a change means you accept it.
